Richard and Tammy Spoon, owners of T.A.C.T. Miami, are a husband-and-wife team and long-time residents of South Florida. With over 35 years of combined experience in the customer service industry, they bring a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to their work.
Richard is a U.S. Army combat veteran who served as a pilot for more than 35 years, holding a wide range of command and oversight roles—from strategic leadership to direct support of individual soldiers. Tammy brings extensive experience from the banking industry and spent many years in management with a major hospitality corporation.
Together, they are detail-oriented, meticulous, and results-driven. At T.A.C.T. Miami, no job is too big or too small. Available 24/7, they use proprietary chemicals and industry-leading training to deliver the most reliable biohazard and hoarding cleanup services in the industry.
